Is it free to list a property?

Yes — basic listings are free. Featured plans, boosts, and organisation subscriptions are paid and are clearly labelled before checkout.

How do I pay?

Mobile Money (MTN, Airtel) and Visa/Mastercard are accepted via Flutterwave. You'll see the available methods on the checkout screen.

What does "verified" mean?

Verified sellers and agencies have submitted ID and (for property listings) ownership documents that our admins have reviewed. Look for the verified badge on profiles and listings.

Can I edit a listing after publishing?

Yes. Open it from your dashboard's Listings tab and click Edit. Major changes (price, location, type) may briefly return the listing to Pending review.

How do I get my listing seen by more people?

Use the Boost feature for short-term promotion, or upgrade your listing plan to Featured for a homepage spot.

I think a listing is fake or fraudulent. What can I do?

Use the report button on the listing or contact us at hello@nyumbaug.com. Admins review reports daily and remove confirmed scams.
