Yes. The Free plan costs nothing. Paid listing plans, boosts and agency plans are optional, and you always see the price before you pay.

With Mobile Money (MTN or Airtel) or a Visa or Mastercard card, through our payment provider, Flutterwave. You can also pay with NyumbaUG credits from your wallet.

There are two kinds of check. A verified seller or agency has had their ID or company registration checked by our team. A lawyer-verified listing has had its ownership documents checked by one of our partner lawyers; at the higher level the lawyer also visited the property. The safety centre explains exactly what each check covers.

Yes. Open it from Listings in your dashboard and choose Edit. The listing stays live while you edit. If it has a verification badge, changing the title, price, type, category or location removes the badge, because the lawyer checked the old details. You can apply for verification again.

Boost it for a set number of days: Top of search puts it in one of a few rotating spots at the top of matching results, Featured puts it in the homepage carousel, and Promoted gives it a framed card that stands out. Paid listing plans include boosts too.

Use the Report button on the listing, or email us at nyumbaug1@gmail.com. We review reports and remove confirmed scams. If you've lost money or been threatened, also report it to the police.
